WHAT: 

Uber recently instituted its 180 Days of Change campaign to improve relationships with Driver Partners. This campaign concept, Recognize The Ride, extends the driver appreciation even further.

WHY: 

Rider Compliments are currently an underutilized feature in the Uber app. Following a trip, Riders can give their Drivers a compliment, but these tokens of gratitude fall short. No longer.
